Experienced entrepreneur Brad Belcher splits his time between three companies in Marion, Ohio. His first business focused on providing specialized care for severe and chronic mental health conditions. The CEO of the Buckeye family of companies, he and his team advocate for patients living at one of four long-term mental health facilities serving Marion, Clyde, and Paulding, all in Ohio. Within a year of establishing the company’s first mental health facility, Brad Belcher joined Buckeye Real Estate as managing member. He handles the retention and sourcing of tenants for the business, along with overseeing the design and planning of commercial building developments.
Mr. Belcher’s most recent professional endeavor is Northern American Fire Protection. The owner of the company, he oversees daily operations. Serving hospitals, restaurants, and other types of buildings, Mr. Belcher and his team strictly meet State fire safety codes regarding everything from exhaust systems and fire extinguishers to building planning. In his role as owner, he not only provides administrative oversight, but also hires people who are in recovery. A former addict himself, Mr. Belcher seeks employees committed to their own recovery and who demonstrate a strong work ethic.
